Activate Your Wristband & Register for Cashless Payment

Your wristbands are being shipped! Here’s what to do when you receive them: 
– Do not try on your wristband. No te pruebes la pulsera
– Activate your wristband: This will help in case of emergencies or if you need help with your wristband. 
– Register your wristband for cashless payment: Register your wristband with a credit or debit card so you can use your wristband as payment throughout the festival. (optional)

La Onda is a Cash Free Festival – no se aceptará dinero en efectivo dentro del festival.. Bring a Credit or Debit card to make purchases at the festival.

Experimenta la acción de la Lucha Libre! Check out these masked luchadores bring the energy and fly through the air with their incredible moves. You can catch them at the back of the Comida Central, between music sets on the La Onda Stage.

Verizon customers get exclusive access at La Onda. Swing by the Verizon Deck for beautiful views of the Verizon Stage, free charging & a free custom phone case.

Plus Verizon customers can skip the line at the merch booths with the Verizon Fast Lane.

Silent Disco

¡A bailar! Dance it out at the Silent Disco! 

Toss on some headphones and get dancing at the Silent Disco on Main Street where DJ’s will be spinning all day long.

The Club

The Spa

Echa un vistazo al Spa La Onda—recarga las pilas with hydration therapy, fresh styling for him and her, and a little shopping spree. Walk out refreshed and ready to soak in every set, sip, and sabor La Onda has to offer.

 

Festival Box Office & Ticket Order Pickup

The Festival Box Office for ticket sales, wristband help and upgrades is located on the corner of 3rd & Bailey St. 

Ticket Order Pickup is located at 421 3rd Street, at Juarez and 3rd St. To pick up passes at Ticket Order Pickup, you must show a valid, government issued photo ID. 

Hours for the Festival Box Office & Ticket Order Pickup:
Friday 5/30 – 12pm-7pm
Saturday 5/31 – 10am-8pm
Sunday 6/1 – 10am-8pm

Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $20 and can be purchased at the Festival Box Office. 

Bag & Wagon/Stroller Policy

Please note our Bag & Wagon/Stroller Policies below. For more detailed information on what’s allowed & prohibited at the festival, visit our info page here.

Allowed: 
– Clear bags made up of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that are NO larger than 12″L x 6″W x 12″H.
– Empty hydration packs with NO more than one additional pocket. Water bladder must be empty.* 
– Small clutch purses and fanny packs  (6″ x 9″ or smaller), with no more than one pocket.


NOT Allowed:
 
– Any bags that are larger than 6”x9” and NOT clear.
– Any backpacks that are not clear.
– Any bags that are larger than 12″L x 6″W x 12″H. 
– Any hydration packs with more than 2 pockets.

For expediency, we recommend using a clear bag and removing coats, jackets and additional layers from bags before entering security. Fast Lanes will be available for guests entering with NO BAGS. This bag policy is subject to change.

Wagons are not permitted regardless if they are pushed or pulled or their dimensions. Strollers must not exceed 31″ (79cm) wide x 52″ (132cm) long. 

*CamelBak-style water bladder systems that have been EMPTIED are allowed into the Venue. Water bladders themselves must be able to be removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow visual inspection of the empty bladder. Any CamelBak-style water bladder system that has a bladder that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is opaque enough to prevent visual inspection will not be allowed into the Venue.
