Split Transactions
If you do not have enough funds available in your Card account, you may be able to instruct the merchant to charge a part of the purchase to the Card and pay the remaining amount with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to split transactions or will only allow you to do a split transaction if you pay the remaining amount in cash.
Card Replacement and Expiration
If you need to replace your Card for any reason, please contact Customer Service. Please note that your Card has a “Valid Thru” date on the front of the Card. You may not use the Card after the“Valid Thru” date on the front of your Card. However, even if the “Valid Thru” date has passed, the available funds on your Card do not expire. You will not be charged a fee for replacement cards that we send due to expiration of the Card.

Transacciones Divididas
Si no tienes fondos suficientes en tu cuenta de tarjeta, podrías instruir al comerciante para que cargue una parte de la compra a la tarjeta y pagues el monto restante con otro método de pago. Estas se llaman “transacciones divididas”. Algunos comerciantes no permiten a los titulares de tarjetas dividir transacciones o solo te permitirán hacer una transacción dividida si pagas el monto restante en efectivo.
Reemplazo y Expiración de Tarjeta
Si necesitas reemplazar tu Tarjeta por cualquier razón, por favor contacta al Servicio al Cliente. Ten en cuenta que tu Tarjeta tiene una fecha de “Válido Hasta” en el frente de la Tarjeta. No puedes usar la Tarjeta después de la fecha de “Válido Hasta” en el frente de tu Tarjeta. Sin embargo, incluso si la fecha de “Válido Hasta” ha pasado, los fondos disponibles en tu Tarjeta no expiran. No se te cobrará una cuota por las tarjetas de reemplazo que enviamos debido a la expiración de la Tarjeta.
